The contractor must have repaired at least two multi storied buildings of G+25 storied building worth Rs. 4, 00, 00, 000/- (Four Crore Only) over the last 5 years, with 2 buildings completed 3 years back. Contractor's turnover for the last 3 years should be a minimum of 10 Crore per year.
