TANGMARG AUCTION OF ENTRY FEE COLLECTION

Auction Detail: For and on behalf of the Lieutenant Governor of J&K Union Territory, online bids are invited through the E-Auction process from reputed and financially sound Agencies, Firms, or Parties for the Collection Rights of Entry Fee / Terminal Tax under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Tangmarg / Gulmarg initially for the year 2026-27 w.e.f 01/05/2026 to 30/04/2028 (Extendable by 23 months if Terms & Conditions/Payment Schedule is fulfilled Strictly).The Minimum reserved bid for initial first year i.e. 01/05/2026 to 30/04/2027 is fixed at rupees ₹26, 100, 000/- (Rupees Two Crore Sixty-One Lakh only), and shall be further extendable for an additional period of 12+11 months, i.e., for the year 2027–2028 and 285-29 till March 2029), with a 10% increase on a compound basis.That is, the H1 bid price of the first year shall be increased by 10% on compound basis, and the resultant annual amount shall constitute the amount for 2027-28 12 months then the amount shall be increased by additional 10% on 2nd years amount on compound basis that is bid amount for 2nd year plus 10% which shall be proportionately reduced for 11. The Extension of the bid shall strictly be allowed only on clearance of payments and performance of each successive years.
