(with fuse holder )- 1 No. The switch plate assembly shall be in the following order with inscription as 'CS, 110 V', as per ICF/EDML-007, R ev -B, Mounting dimension and orientation as Per DRG No. ICF/SK3-7-4-011, alt.'C', ITEM-3 Color - White.
