Should come with snare on shaft, 6/7 Fr delivery catheter, Introducer & Torque handle device. The snare be available in loop dia of 6-10 mm, 9-15 mm, 12-20 mm, 18-30 mm & 27-45 mm sizes, Three Piece Artificial Urinary Sphincter. 1 Set must be supplied with Occlusive cuff (available in sizes 3.5 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, 5.5 cm, 7 cm, 8 cm, 9 cm, 10 cm) 1 no, Pressure regulating balloon (available in sizes 51-60 cm, 61-70cm, 71-80cm) -1 No & 1 Control Pump, 1 accessory kit & 1 scrotal retractor system. Should be USFDA & DGCI approved., Three Piece Inslatable penile prosthesis - should be supplied with 1 control pump & 2 Parlene quoted Cylinders (Preconnect or without connect), 1 Reservoir (65 ml/100ml) & Accessory kit - 1 No. Cylinders must be available in 12mm & 9.5 mm diameter and 12cm, 14cm, 15cm, 16cm, 18cm, 20cm & 21cm Sizes as per requirement in OT. for a Period of Two Years EMD: 50000
