Supply of tertiary station name board/ diagonal boards. Boards shall be of high strength one piece 600mmX 600mm square shape powder coated in RAL 9003 to minimum 50um thickness on both side s, with three point bending flexural test of the board collar greater than 7800N. Primary collar of height 20 mm with corners of R 45mm for prevention of accidental injury shall be stretch roll formed to 90 degree to sign face, without involving any cutting and welding and secondary collar of 20mm width, shall be bend inw ard to 90 degree to primary collar for installation purpose. This board shall be made of 2mm thick aluminu m sheets, 2mm thick roll formed S.S clamping plate which shall be firmly rotatory riveted to secondary coll ar. Approved test and graphics shall be eco friendly printed on retro reflective sheets ASTM D 4956 It made in three colors and three languages Hindi, English and Regional language and firmly pasted on sign face no installation hardware shall be visible from the sign face.
