Supply of Liquid Hand Wash of reputed make/brand such as Lifebuoy, Dettol, Fem, Fresh Han ds, LQ, ELQ, Perl (Haylide) or other brands approved by the Railway Board, suitable for use in railway coach lavatories. The product shall be a neutral pH, high-foaming viscous liquid, which is hypoallergenic and free from phosphate, paraben and formaldehyde. It shall contain moisturising agents to keep hands soft and sh all be effective in both soft and hard water conditions. The formulation shall be eco-friendly and biodegrad able, containing anti-germicidal and anti-oxidant properties, and shall have a pleasant fragrance. The colou r of the liquid shall be pink.
