EMD per tender by D.D drawn on any scheduled Bank payable at Mumbai in favor of BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. This should be submitted in a separate envelope along with the Documents to be submitted in physical form.

EMD may be exempted if applicable as per Govt rules, however operator has to submit the relevant documents (like NSIC/SSI/MSME etc) in support of

EMD exemption. Registration with BPCL does not exempt vendor from

EMD. In case tenderer is submitting MSME Certificate then CA certificate as per enclosed format has to be submitted along with MSME certificate. CA Certificate is not required, in case tenderer is submitting SSI /NSIC certificate.Tenders without

EMD of Rs.1, 00, 000/- (One Lakh) shall be rejected.Cheques or request for adjustment against any previously deposited

EMD/ pending dues / bills / security deposits for other contracts etc. will not be accepted as

EMD, and any tender with such stipulation will be treated as without

EMD and shall be rejected.No Interest shall be payable on

EMD.
