(3) Warranty period shall be 03 years from the date of C ommissioning/ acceptance of the material. (4) Warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the material in the na me of SSE/CMA/ELS/BZA (5) Firm shall quote any one Make for the tendered description along with valid Authorization, if vendor offers/bids for more than one make or if the firm mentions, 'as per tender' in their bid(s), their offer will be sum marily rejected.
