NOTE:As mentioned under conditi ons: [1] Firm should supply the item along with a manufacturer test certificate if any. [2] Bidders must clearly indicate t he make and model of the offered item along with the specifications if any at the time of tender submission. [3] Warrant y period as per IRS conditions from the date of Commissioning/ acceptance of the material in accordance with ELS/Vijay awada/SCoR Technical specification no. B/TRS/SPEC/4/237, Alt. A, Sheet 4. [4] Warranty certificate shall be submitted al ong with the material in the name of CMS-LAB/ELS/BZA. [5] Security Deposit(SD) amounting to 3% to 5% of the contract value as per ELS/Vijayawada/SCoR Technical specification no. B/TRS/SPEC/4/237, Alt. A, Sheet 5. [6] Bidders must enclo se clause by clause compliances to the tendered ELS/Vijayawada/SCoR Technical specification no.B/TRS/SPEC/4/237, Alt . A, Sheets 1 to 5, if not offer will not be considered.
