Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 8 passengers capacity passenger Machine room less (MRL) lift with regenerative drive as per CPWD General Specification for Electrical Works (Part-III Lift & Escalator) 2003, BIS Codes, NBC 2016 as amended upto date inclusive of 100 mtr 95 sqm cable
Supplying and laying DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Supplying and fixing 4 way (4 + 12), Double door way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB RCCB Isolator).
Providing and fixing 63 A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
