Set of items - (1) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of a high- accuracy, full-bor e inline electromagnetic flow meter of 40 mm size, suitable for effluent measurement in Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), with IP65- rated enclosure, corrosion-resistant wetted parts compatible with treated effluents, i ntegral or remote digital display, 4-20 mA and pulse output, Modbus/RS485 communication, dual power su pply (220V AC, 50 Hz/ optional 24 VDC), and temperature range 20 degree C to 180 degree C, including calibration and configuration, complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Cha rge (Make: Aster/UPC or equivalent approved, Model - MAG - FLOW 650 or similar) - Qty. - 01 No. (2) Compl ete PVC piping system with 3-valve bypass arrangement, comprising two PVC ball valves for isolation, one PVC ball valve for bypass, and one PVC flow control valve, all connected through a high-quality PVC header of suitable diameter; including all associated fittings such as tees, crosses, elbows, reducers, sockets, plugs, unions, supports, clamps, hangers, fasteners, and anchoring accessories; with cutting, chasing, and restor ation of walls/floors to original condition where necessary; scope also includes supply and installation of ele ctrical starter (as per equipment rating), along with required control cabling, terminations, and interfacing, all executed as per GA drawing approved by Rly.
