High head drain pump should be provided for proper drainage of condensed dew drops generated from evaporation. Outdoor unit fins should be corrosion resistance heat exchange protective coat for the saline climate . Make: LG or Hitachi or Mitsubishi or Panasonic or Blue star or Voltas or Carrier or Toshiba. Warranty: 1 year on Machine & 10 years on Compressor.
