Tender Details

Supply, installation, rewiring and testing of various electrical items along with stripping and r efitting with complete cable termination and crimping with suitable size of copper crimps of approved mak e and conforming to EDTS 200, with straight PG thread plug screw with lock nut PG12 or 17 and polyamide Y-connector of size NW-12 and conforming to DIN EN 62444 /50262 OR Latest. 2.5KVA inverter shall be sup ported with MS structure and shall be connected through MCB protection of suitable rating for overload and short-circuit protection conforming to IS 10118-3 (1982) or latest. All cable wiring shall be done by e-beam cable size 1.5 sqmm which will be supplied by Rlys for all switches, sockets and fan including provision of w iring for exhaust fans and panels in bathroom area of coach. Wiring work also included for under frame equi pment also such as 1100AH battery, 25KW alternator, ERRU and battery charger, etc for RA coach No. 0287 60. All electrical works shall be carried out in accordance with the provision of Indian Electricity Act 2003 an d Indian Electricity Rules 1956 amended to date and All the safety codes and procedures outlined in the saf ety codes shall be complied with General and safety requirement shall be governed by i5 13947 (Pt 1) 199 3 and IS:8623/1993, amended to date.
