The boards must be 3D carved, artistic coloured paint fixtures, integrated with clear lighting effects, waterproof finishing with clear coat application. The scope includes four mural of WAP-5, WAG-7, WAP-7 and WAG-9 locomotive general diagram There must be four LED boards at bottom of each locomotive indicating population which must be changeable by user in future. Total area would be 92 feet approx.
