Supply of Electrical Equipment Mounting Channel fabricated suitable for installation on 70 AH battery in Non-AC coaches for supporting battery. U-type channel, thickness 11Guage. Complete with pre-p unched mounting holes size 10 MM. The channel shall be hot-dip galvanised after fabrication in accordance with IS 4759 or latest. Workmanship shall be free from distortion, cracks, sharp edges and burrs. Dimensio ns and drilling pattern shall confirm to the approved sample before bulk supply. Material Test Certificate (M TC): The supplier shall submit the manufacturer's Material Test Certificate (MTC) for the steel confirming co mpliance with IS 2062 Grade E250 or latest, indicating the chemical composition and mechanical propertie s of the material.
