Supply of potable water to Station buildings, Service buildings, Railway Quarters and Lcgate lodges from PRND to EVA in SSE/Pway/QLN section, from CYN to MQO in SSE/Pway/MVLK section and from AROR to CHPD in SSE/Pway/ALLP section for the purpose of coach watering as and when required by Assistant Divisional Engineer, Southern Railway, QLN from water sources outside Railway limit with Contractor's own vehicle. The rate include cost of water and all works such as loading of water at source outside the Railway limit, transporting and unloading of water in the GLR or OHT with Contractor's own men and equipments including pumping arrangements if required payment will be made based on the watermeter reading at Major locations where demand of supply is high like QLN station, KYJ station and ALLP station GLR & OHT for which Contractor has to make arrangements to provide water meter with inlet arrangements as directed.The water supplied should be of pure and potable as per speciï¬cations as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.The period of water supply will be 24 months from the date of acceptance of contract.The daily supply of water may vary and the contractor should supply the water as per requirement and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The maximum supply will be mostly required during the summer months of March, April, May and June
