It should be able to be fixed on a 19" communication Rack . The Base should be made of steel and should be powder coated of good quality. It should have space for circuit labeling in the upper and lower side of the panel . The complete link panel should be on 1 U size. It should be able to terminate 16 nos of E1 in a single link panel .
