Supply and testing with end termination, intermediate termination and cord-end terminatio n of over current protection system along with full end termination along with residual current protection operated on 415V AC supply with load current 100A, 4 Pole conforming to IS 12640 (Part 2):2008 IEC6100 9-1:1996 or latest with bimetallic terminal connector suitable for 4 dia Aluminium tubular busbar for 100A copper palm Copper Cu ETP CW 0041A and Aluminium barrel Aluminium AL 99.5 cable connector tempera ture resilience, corrosion resistance size: 4 sqmm confirming to IS: 5561-1970 with maximum temperature rise of 90 degree Celsius. Material shall be confirmed to designation A6 of IS: 617-1959. Breaking 1 Resist ance for Barrel 85 N/M SQ M and for palm 225 N/M SQ M with Stretching A5% for barrel must be for palm 1 6 with earth leakage protection of 100 mA, with cord end termination suitable for copper cable of conduct or size 1.5 sqmm with cord-end termination, manufactured out of EC grade aluminium extruded extension tubes of minimum purity 99.5% and conductivity not less than 60% IACS, designed and fabricated strictly i n accordance with IS:5082 specifications, duly conforming in all respects to IS:2121 Part-I & II and IS:2544 with provision for sustaining continuous operating temperature up to 120 degree C under specified service conditions.
