STIFFNER PLATE ALONG WITH FASTENERS FOR FRONT CARRIER PLATE OF CBC AS PER RDSO DRAWING NO RDSO/CG/DRG/24034, ALT.2 ITEM NOS 1 TO 5. NOTE 1:Stiffener plates shall be as per IS:388 5 Part-2, Grade-5 in annealed condition with hardness between 190-245 BHN. 2096 Nos. of Stiffener plates shall have holes with pitch =100(+/-) 0.5 MM and distance from EDGE=25 (+/-) 01 MM, Hex Head Bolt shall be reputed make- Unbrako, TVS, TUFF, Capro, Sterling except LPS. NOTE 2: Stiffener plates shall be as per I S:3885 Part-2, Grade-5 in annealed condition with hardness between 190-245 BHN. 1048 Nos. of Stiffener p lates shall have holes with pitch =90(+/-) 0.5 MM and distance from EDGE=30 (+/-) 01 MM, Hex Head Bolt shall be reputed make- Unbrako, TVS, TUFF, Capro, Sterling except LPS.
