BOQ Item Description: Providing, fabricating and supplying following food grade cuboidal storage container made from 1.50mm SS 304 grade mirror finished Stainless Steel sheets bent to required profile, spot welded, machine bending the edges without any sharp edges in box and lid. Food Container made from high quality SS sheet bent to profile, with a tight-sealed lid, heavy duty piano hinges, padlock hsap, The unit shall be provided with strong and strudy handle at top and two sides, one locking arangement etc., including wrapped with protective film alorund to avoid damage during transit. The handle support shall made in double layer using 1.5mm sheet bend to profile with 6mm thick holding rod etc., all directed by EIC. Note - (1) One sample to be submitted for approval. (2) All edges shall be bent back to give smooth surface.(3) Sharp edges anywhere in the container is subject for rejection. (b)Storage Box - 3 Nos - SS 304 grade sleek storage box and lid made form 1.50mm sheet of approximate dimension of 600mmx600mmx600mm including providing cross stiffners for lid. The lid arrangement shall be central foldabe with 50% openable and 100% openable with heavy duty 25mmx25mmx2.40mm piano hinges including providng heavy padlock hsap profiled by bending the 2.00mm sheet in 2 layer and 2/3mm pin rod for locking arrangement / ready made heavy quality hsap padlock of approved quality and 4 Nos of handle lifting rod 6mm dia 100mm wide 2 nos on each side and holding hook all as directed by EIC.
