Remarks Contractor should submit the D.D. of Tender fee & EMD in physical at the time of tender opening or send the same through form by RPAD / Speed post so as to reach to the Executive Engineer, City (R & B) Division, Opp. Rajkumar College Ground, Dr. Yagnik Road, Rajkot-360001 in seal cover duly subscribing the name of work on or before Dated mentioned below during office hours. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & tender fee, valid registration certificate and valid solvency certificate are received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send to the S.E. at the time of tender opening or send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach to Executive Engineer, City (R&B) Division, Rajkot within 7 days from the last date of opening. Penaltative action for not submitting D.D. and F.D.R. in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of e-Tendering code for a period of one year as Govt. Circular Dt.27-11-08. F.D.R. for exemption Certificate is not necessary. However Exemption Certificate shall have to be submitted electronically through online. Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) and hard copy will not be accepted separately. NOTE:- From date 01-07-2017 GST is applicable, hence deduction of GST will be recovered from the bills as pe prevailing reuls. Hence bidders are requisted to quote their tender, considering provision of GST norms.
