For the purpose of realization of DD and FDR at the time of tender opening, send the same by RPAD or Speed Post in physical form from Date.03-11-2026 to 09-11-2026 so as to reach the Executive Engineer, Bhavnagar Ir rigation Division, Irrigation Complex, Panwadi, Bhavnagar office on the date shown above during office hours at this division. Tender fee and EMD received later than the time specified will not be accepted in any case and the bid of that bidder shall be considered non-responsive. Penalty action f or not submitting DD or FDR shall be initiated. Registration shall be kept in abeyance for one year and the e-tendering code shall be cancelled for one year. Any document in support of the bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online by scanning etc. and hard copies will not be accepted separately.
