Auction Detail: E-Auction CHANDIGARH CARNIVAL 2026 SETTING UPOFAMUSEMENT PARK(JHULLAS) The Chandigarh Tourism is organizing Chandigarh Carnival from 20th to 22nd November, 2026 at Open Ground opposite Museum & Art Gallery, Sector 10, Chandigarh. Reputed interested parties are invited in the e-bid to set up Amusement Park (Jhullas) along with an earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft of Rs. 50, 000/- in favour of Director Tourism Department, Chandigarh, payable at Chandigarh. The proof of EMD submitted shall be uploaded online while filling up of e-bid. The reserve price of the e-bid is Rs. 4, 04, 000/- Inclusive of GST. Minimum Eligibility Criteria The bidder should have valid PAN Number. The bidder should have valid GST Number The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by any State/Central Government/ Public Sector Undertaking. The bidder should submit an affidavit/undertaking in this regard. Other Terms & Conditions Giant Wheel, Columbus Boat, Break dance, Ranger, Tower Jhulla and any such similar jhullas are not allowed. All jhullas and rides will be installed only after obtaining Fitness Certificate. Where required, adequate safety gear shall be made available to all the participants by the successful bidder. The electricity connection will be arranged by the party on its own along with safety certificate from Competent Authority. Food stalls shall not be permitted. Fitness Certificate from the appropriate authority i.e. Transport Department or Engineering Department Chandigarh Administration of the complete equipments installed in the Amusement Park on daily basis shall be arranged by the successful bidder on its own. The highest bidder will arrange insurance Cover Certificate in respect of each person riding the Amusement Rides. All Rules and Regulations of Chandigarh Administration meant for putting up Amusement Rides at the above said event, shall be adhered in all respect by the successful bidder.
