Box should be painted with Red colour with 16 holes over the box for padlock with group lockout box mar king on Box. Padlock with metallic shackle different key 38-40 mm suitable to box for lockout, Asian lotto m odel no. ALC-OLPL-D OSHA. (Padlock should be provided with sticker DANGER, Locked out and DO not remo ve). One set consist of 1 lockout box and 8 nos. padlock with different colour. Sample approval is necessary before supply to consignee. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
