Box should be painted with Red colour with 16 holes over the box for padlock with Group Lockout Bo x marking on Box. Padlock with metallic shackle different key 38-40mm suitable to box for lockout, Asian lo tto model no. ALC-OLPL-D OSHA. (Padlock should be with sticker DANGER, Locked out, Do not Remove). On e set consist of 1 lockout box and 8 Nos padlock with 8 different colour. Sample approval is necessary befor e supplying [ Warranty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
