Set of group lockout box and Padlock, Group Lockout Box size - 10.43" X 4.33" X 6.06" (WxDxH), Box should be made of 1.0 mm thick, steel plate, powder coated, with handle arrangement to carry the box. Box should be painted with Red colour with 16 holes over the box for padlock with Group Lockout Box marking on Bo x. Padlock with metallic shackle different key 38-40mm suitable to box for lockout, Asian lotto model no. ALC-OL PL-D OSHA. (Padlock should be with sticker DANGER, Locked out, Do not Remove).
