Item Title: Services on Requirement Basis Excavation on Hard Surface
Item Description: xcavation and backfilling of cable trench in RCC/ PCC/HARD SURFACE/ROAD CUTTING:
Excavation of cable trench Size ~750 x400 mm in RCC/PCC/HARD SURFACE/ROAD CUTTING and backfilling in plant premises or existing cable trench etc. Special care is to be take care while carrying out excavation in plant / near cable routes. This job includes supply & spreading of sand and bricks (Second Class) in the trench as specified by EIC.
The job also includes shifting of available cable drums / rolls to the location where cable laying is to be done; lifting of cable drums on the jack; pulling out the cables from rolls / drums without twisting the cables; cutting the required lengths from the rolls; returning the unused cables to Store / site specified by EIC. After backfilling, the contractor has to restore the site back to the previous normal condition and install Instrumentation Cable Markers having 650 mm length, made of 50x50x5 mm MS channels. The Supply of cable markers and all material required for site restoration is in Contractors scope. During the excavation, proper barricading and all the safety precaution are to be taken by the contractor. Disposal of left out material from to site and shifting of remaining cables as directed by EIC is in contractor's scope.
All the resources, material, tool& tackles for execution of the job are in the scope of contractor.
