Description : The Scope of Work (Key Project Activities) to be Performed by the Implementation Agency will Broadly Include: A. Develop/Deploy, Integrate, Test and Commission a Vehicle Tracking Platform for Tracking and Monitoring Vehicles Covered under the System B. Supply, Install, Integrate and Commission the Monitoring Centre Infrastructure C. Develop/Deploy, Integrate, Test and Commission Mobile Apps for Various Users D. Supply, Install, Integrate and Commission Gis Map for Vehicle Tracking Platform E. Host the System on Nic Cloud for First Two Years after Go-Live. the Nic Cloud Services for this Period Shall be Provided by the Purchaser. F. Host the System on Nic Cloud, or any other Cloud, as Decided by the Purchaser, for the Period after First Two Years. the Nic/ other Cloud Services for this Period Shall be Provided by the Purchaser. G. Supply, Install, Integrate and Commission Ict Infrastructure Including Video Walls, Workstations, Networking and other Hardware and Software Components Required at Monitoring Centre H. Supply, Install, Integrate and Commission Non-Ict Infrastructure Including Furniture and Fixtures and other Components at the Monitoring Centre I. Integration with Various Transport Related Systems such as Vahan, Permit and Enforcement Systems J. Integration with the Karnataka Police Erss to Provide Emergency Alerts Captured by the System K. Integration with the Irad to Share Data with Irad System (A Road Accident Database) from Different Perspectives such as Investigation, Road Engineering, Vehicle Condition Etc. L. Set up the Helpdesk to Support Various Users of the System M. Provide Connectivity, Sms Gateway and Emailing System for the Monitoring Centre N. Maintenance of the Monitoring Centre and other Infrastructure during the Contract Period O. Operation of the Monitoring Centre during the Contract Period
