Excavation of designated/marked area with 3D Hydraulic Excavator or equivalent. a)Site Preparation and excavation •Mobilize equipment, manpower, and accessories for waste segregation. •Demarcate work zones for: •Screened ï¬nes (dust/sand) •Metallic waste (to be handed over to RWF) •Non-metallic waste (for disposal or dump within RWF premises) •Ensure safe access and dust suppression arrangements. Screening & Segregation of metallic fraction from speciï¬ed marked area. a) Screening of Fines •Screen the mixed waste with mesh size not exceeding 75 mm. •Screening may be done using: •Excavator (Hitachi) with retrofitted screening bucket (75 mm mesh) or equivalent. •Screened ï¬nes shall be covered with tarpaulin sheets to prevent scattering and remixing with debris. •Screened ï¬nes to be bagged/stored at designated location. b) Segregation of Oversized Particles •Metallic fraction: •Collected separatelyat designated place. •Handed over exclusively to RWF authorities. •Non-metallic fraction: •Separated, collected at designated place decided by site in-charge/supervisor.
