licenses, annual subscriptions, support per annum and NBD as per the scope of the project, technical specifications, terms and conditions given in the tender.

This Line item is for Second year AMC. This line item will cover whole one year. Payment for AMC will be made on Quarterly basis at the end of each Quarter after

deducting non-performance charges if any as mentioned in (Service Levels) of Tender document.
