Sealed tenders are invited for running of two canteens located in the Ground Floor of J&K Bank Building and Lawyers Chamber Building, High Court Wing, Srinagar, for a period of one year. The service provider must have valid registration certificates including Food License affiliated by FSSAI, Labour Registration Certificate, Five Years Experience Certificate in Govt. Department, Latest GST Clearance Certificate, and Last 3 Years ITR Certificate. The rent and license fee is Rs.60, 000/- per annum for each canteen. The service provider is responsible for arranging furniture, maintaining cleanliness, and providing quality food and catering services. The rates for food items must be as per the approved rate list and inclusive of GST.
