Sealed quotations/tenders are invited from interested reputed Travel Agencies/Tour operators/Individuals for providing 1 (One) No. of Swift Dzire/Etios vehicle or equivalent having sitting capacity not more than 5 including driver, for official use in Sambalpur Development Authority (SDA) department/Office on a monthly rent basis. The service provider must have a valid GST registration, be registered on the Gem Portal, and the vehicle must be in roadworthy condition, not more than 2 years old, with all necessary certificates. The driver must have a valid driving license and be experienced. A sum of Rs.19, 000/- shall be deposited as EMD. The monthly rate of hire charge excluding GST should be quoted separately, excluding fuel. Quotations must reach by 15.01.2026 by 5.00 P.M. and will be opened on 16.01.2026 at 12.30 P.M.
