SCOPE OF WORK: Maintenance of Internal & External Electrical Installations, All type of Room Air Conditioners, Water Coolers, HVLS Fans, Boom barrier, Scissor Lift and Sliding Gate etc., at Import, Export and Domestic Cargo at ICC. 1. The scope of work covers the maintenance of various Electrical installations as detailed in Technical specifications for the installations specified in Annexure - ‘A-, on round the clock basis on all days including Sundays and holidays during the whole contract period. a) Providing day to day, preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance of all internal and external electrical installations, LT panels of existing Import, Export and Domestic Cargo, Air-conditioners, Water coolers/dispenser etc., as per enclosed AAICLAS schedule and as per the instructions of AAICLAS time to time as required. b) Attending to complaints/ Faults/ breakdown/ carrying out necessary rectifications/ repair works. c) Making minor additions & alterations wherever required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. d) Maintenance of Record/ documents/data entry of maintenance done during the contract as per enclosed AAICLAS maintenance schedules, OEM recommendations and instructions from AAICLAS from time to time shall be done and reports shall be submitted. e) Proper storage of dismantled materials in AAICLAS identified store/ area. f) Ensuring all necessary electrical & fire safety procedures, precautions while carrying out the work including making use of safety gadget like hand gloves, torch light, leather shoes, safety helmets, safety belts wherever required as per site requirement. g) Providing supervisory service to ensure compliance of all the above related activities of the above installations as per dir...
