It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Ringtail/Nuix to JWP Content Migration. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms. Brief Summary of Scope of Work Purpose The purpose of this project is to migrate all in-scope content from the Ringtail (Nuix Discover) system to the new Judicial Workflow Platform (JWP). This migration will ensure that case-related documents, evidence, and records are fully transferred into JWP with no loss of structure, metadata, or access permissions. By moving content out of the legacy Ringtail platform (recently upgraded to Nuix Discover) and into JWP, the Court will consolidate its judicial records in a modern enterprise content management environment. Objective The objective is to achieve a seamless transition such that end-users can access all migrated files in JWP with the same organizational context (e.g. case folders) and security controls as in the legacy system. Ultimately, this migration supports the Court's broader goal of integrating evidentiary content into JWP's workflows and modules, improving efficiency and compliance with records management policies.
