Requirement of Advocates for empanelment as Senior Standing Counsels and Junior Standing Counsels to represent the Department before the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad. The Income Tax Department, Allahabad would like to add 03 Senior Standing Counsels and 03 Junior Standing Counsel in the existing panel for representing its cases before the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court. Eligibility criteria for Senior Standing Counsel includes a minimum experience of five years in handling direct tax matters or being a Junior Standing Counsel for three years. Junior Standing Counsel requires a minimum experience of three years in handling direct tax matters.
