Auction Detail: The minimum specified Scope of Work (SoW) to be undertaken by the bidder for Provisioning of Tuck Shop Services at Sainik School Chhingchhip is enumerated in the succeeding paragraphs. The same shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and conditions mentioned in this document, including all subsequent amendments issued in this regard, and as per the Contract to be executed by the successful Vendor.Bids should be submitted by Bidders on GeM. EMD at 2% of the contract value is to be deposited through NEFT/RTG mode only in the MRB (Mizoram Rural Bank) account (Account No: 97007941327, IFSC Code: SBIN00RRMIGB, Chhingchhip Branch, Serchhip District, Mizoram) along with the technical bid. Vendors/firms Exempted from EMD should submit supporting document(s). An undertaking signed by the authorized signatory of the firm stating that all the terms and conditions given in the RFP and other documents as part of RFP are accepted. List of documents to be submitted/ uploaded through GeM Portal, else the bid is liable to be rejected: Inked signed (every page) copy of this RFP. Self-attested copy of identity proof (Aadhar Card/ Passport/ Voter Card). Self-attested copy of PAN, GST & FSSAI Registration certificate. Duly filled application form as per Appendix ‘A’. Bidders are required to fill up bid documents with full details, as per format placed as Appendix ‘A’ and Appendix ‘B’.
