Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provisioning of Tailoring services at Sainik School Chhingchhip. An auction is being floated to conclude a Rate Contract for the aforesaid services (room rent).

Auction Detail: Scope of Work. The minimum specified Scope of Work (SoW) to be undertaken by the bidder for Provisioning of Tailoring Services at Sainik School Chhingchhip is enumerated in the succeeding paragraphs. The same shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and conditions mentioned in this document, including all subsequent amendments issued in this regard, and as per the Contract to be executed by the successful Vendor. The bidders must have a similar experience of providing such kind of Tailoring Services for at least five years in any military training establishment preferably Sainik School/Military school/ RIMC/IMA/NDA/OTA etc. (Copy of such agreement for providing of such shop to be attached as a proof). Any deviation against this condition will lead to rejection of bid. The bidder should also have such type of contract running presently in at least one military training establishment preferably Sainik School/Military school/ RIMC/ IMA/ NDA/ OTA etc across India in the current financial year. (Copy of such agreement to be attached as a proof.) Any deviation against this condition will lead to rejection of bid. All these must be mentioned in Appendix ‘A’. List of documents to be submitted/ uploaded through GeM Portal, else the bid is liable to be rejected (a) Inked signed (every page) copy of this RFP. (b) Self-attested copy of identity proof (Aadhar Card/ passport/ Voter Card). (c) Self-attested copy of PAN or Acknowledgement number of PAN. (d) Duly filled application form as per Appendix ‘A’. The School shall not provide accommodation, subsidised food, or transport. However, a designated place for the Tailoring services will be provided. The School will provide electricity and water for legitimate use as per the prevailing rates. However, misuse of such resources shall invite strict action, including recovery of costs or termination of contract.
