BOQ Item Description: DIMENSION- Overall size shall be 915mm long, 610mm wide and 2222.5mm high.

DESCRIPTION -The entire rack shall be made of 1mm mild steel sheet.The sides shall be provided with 40x40x4mm angle iron welded to 1.00mm thick MS sheet.75x75x3mm thick Flat iron cut to shape shall be welded at front corner.All partitions shall also be made of 1mm thick mild steel sheet and shall be riveted to side of rack . All Dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shallbe done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

FINISH- All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of OFFWHITE/MATCHING DUAL TONE COLOR hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.
