Auction Detail: Terms of public auction for Rabi crops (Mustard/Cumin/Isabgol) through contract farming in Rabi 2026-27 season at ICAR-IIGR, RRS, Bikaner About 30 Bigha (1 Bigha:2500 m2) land to be given on contract for Rabi 2026-27. This area can also increase or decrease. Payment will have to be made on actual sowing spread. All expenses like seeds, fertilizers, medicines, pesticides, labor and other necessary agricultural equipment, tractors will have to be borne by the farmer/firm holding the land on contract basis. On the basis of contract, only the crops (mustard/cumin/isabgol) directed by the Indian Groundnut Research Institute will have to be sown on the land. It will be the responsibility of the farmer/firm to protect the crop. The land will be given in the same condition as it is and all the necessary agricultural work will have to be done by the person holding the land contract on the basis of the contract. After the season ends, the land must be returned to the same condition in which it was taken. The two tube well motors given by the office will be shown in working condition once, after that all the responsibility of repair of motor, pipeline, pipe, sprinklers etc. will be of the farmer/firm and finally at the time of handing over the land, all the water motors will have to be handed over to the office in working condition. The land holder/firm will be responsible for the damage caused to the crop due to rain, storm or other natural calamity during the contracted period.
