and Computers." refers to lifecycle management contracts that
provide preventive and corrective maintenance, technical support,
genuine spare parts, and software updates to ensure device
reliability. It includes comprehensive AMCs covering all parts
and consumables, non-comprehensive AMCs covering only labor,
and Xerox-s Full-Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) billed
on a per-copy basis.
HP/ Samsung/ Canon, Ricoh & other. Consumables like ink
cartridges, toner, paper, labels, and ribbons, together with support
services such as installation, configuration and maintenance,
repair, and annual maintenance contracts of same.
