The indicative License fee/Unit Rate mentioned is per annum excluding Goods & services Tax (GST). The oï¬€er price quoted by the bidders will be treated as 1st year License fee (if accepted). There will be no escalation in second year & third year license fees. There will be 10% escalation in the fourth year's license fee. License fee for the fourth and ï¬fth year will remain same.
