Providing and fixing POP wall panelling projecting 6 inches (150 mm) from the existing wall and extending 2 feet (600 mm) downward from the false ceiling, including additional structural framing and reinforcement for strength and stability. The work shall include forming concealed routes behind the POP panelling for PVC electrical conduits and AC condensate water-drain piping, including necessary openings, supports, service clearances, joint treatment, levelling and finishing. Providing and fixing decorative wall panelling on the wall, including covering the existing window opening with matching panelling, using a 36 mm thick panel construction comprising an 12 mm thick plywood frame/substructure with extra support for intrective panel . finished with 1 mm thick decorative mica laminate pasted on the exposed surface using suitable adhesive. All exposed edges shall be finished with matching edge-banding tape or neatly pasted mica laminate. The work shall include necessary cutting, fitting, levelling, alignment, joint finishing, fixing with suitable screws and fasteners, and all labour, materials, tools and accessories required to complete the work in all respects. Providing and applying waterproofing admixture in cement-sand plaster to interior damp walls, including removal of damaged plaster, surface cleaning, substrate preparation, replastering, finishing and curing, complete with materials, labour, wastage.
