BOQ Item Description: Providing and applying laying Aggregate plaster in granite or marble stones, as decorative finish to give granite or marble like apperance to concrete, brick or block surface in all position including preparation of surface smoothly, evenly by racking of joints in case of Brick or block work including backing layer of 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1to3 with 2percentage integral cement water proffing compound, roughing for wall keying hardening and drying the surface for a minimum five days gaps including second coat of white cement and two parts of course calcite powder, applying the mortar with steel float on the surface in proper evenness applying at cost of white cement and lime to set a smooth finish then applying a thin coat of slurry made of white cement and black oxide colour in required proportion by the steel flaot to get black streaks on the srface and curing the surfaces for two days including all materials and labour etc. complete.
