The drawer top, and side panels including the drawer facias is made out of 16mm Ply with Laminate, the back of the drawer unit is made from 06mm Ply with LaminateB. All the exposed edges is concealed wi th machined pressed 0.8mm PVC lipping. The units are assembled by knockdown fittings such as Minifix & dowels. The drawer boxes are mounted on rollers slides to enable smooth operation of the drawer. The filin g drawers are mounted on slides with ball bearings.
