Preparation and management of 16 river/pond ghats.
The scope of work includes: leveling of ghats (using JCBs, tractor-trolleys, and manual labor); installation of safety barricades (using bamboo/poles); construction of temporary wooden footbridges; setup of police coordination platforms and 'lost and found' centers; provision of street lighting; painting and wall writing at the ghats; arrangement of boats (of various sizes) and boatmen; deployment of CCTV cameras and drones; installation of hoardings, flexes, and banners; sanitation and spraying of insecticides; provision of tents, chairs, tables, LED TVs, and sound systems; and other related tasks.
