Polyurethane (PU) Paint: (a) Type: Two component Polyurethane (PU) paint suitable for painti ng CNC machines, machine tool enclosures and fabricated steel surfaces exposed to cutting oils, coolant an d normal industrial atmosphere. (b) Color Shade: Apple Green. (c) RAL Number: 130 70 50. (d) Packing Size : 20 litres. (e) Packing Material: Steel drums / metal containers conforming to IS 2552. (f) Surface Drying Ti me (maximum): 2 hours. (g) Hard Drying Time (maximum): 24 hours. (h) Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 25-30 μ m per coat when applied by spray. (i) Paint should be suitably for both brush painting and air spraying thinn ing, (j) The paint shall be a two component system consisting of PU base and compatible hardener, to be m ixed in the manufacturer's recommended ratio prior to application. Note: The supplied paint shall have a mi nimum shelf life of 11 months from the date of delivery in sealed condition. [ Warranty Period: 11 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
