Auction Detail: For more detail, please refer the attached documents Payments to NCL by the bidder must be deposited through NEFT/RTGS. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) are in addition to the item category specific Special Terms andConditions (hereinafter referred to as “STC”) and Bid Specific Additional Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “ATC”), if any, incorporated by the Seller/Auctioneer in the relevant Bid document and shall form an integral part of the contract between the parties. In case of any conflict between any of the provisions of this GTC, STC and ATC, ATC will supersede the STC, which will supersede the GTC. PAYMENT Terms: Bidders shall be required to make 100% payment of the sale value for the lot(s) awarded to them (along with GST and/or TCS) to NCL (seller) through NEFT/ RTGS within 15 days from the date of issue of Sale Intimation Letter. For the delayed payment beyond scheduled period, penalty of 1% of unpaid material value (excluding Tax & TCS with applicable GST, if any) per week or part thereof will be leviable for delayed period, for next 4 weeks with approval of GM (MM)/ HOD-NCL. However, if the payment is not received within the due date of payment as indicated above, the Pre-Bid EMD shall be forfeited and such lot(s) will be deemed to have been abandoned by the buyer and shall again be put up for auction. The buyer shall have no claim on such lots. Further, in this case, the defaulting bidder will be debarred from participating for Six Months from the date of Closing of Auction for NCL. Before making payment beyond the due date, bidders are required to consult NCL for assistance in calculating the exact penalty charges and relevant taxes as applicable and to seek approval for extension for submitting the Sale Value, as applicable.
