Plain washer suitable for M16 fasteners, conforming to IS: 2016. The washer shall have a hardness of 300 HV. Surface finish: Zinc flake coating ( Geomet321 or similar) in accordance with ISO 10683 with coating thickness 8-12 micron, with top coat, without any hexavalent chromium, without any integra ted or separately added lubricant. Minimum salt spray test life of 1000 hours is to be ensured. The washer shall be free from burrs, sharp edges, cracks, laps, and other manufacturing defects.
