BOQ Item Description: Operation and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational and non operational areas including Terminal buildling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation and other ancillary buildings for round the clock operation on all days including Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint or fault or breakdown by taking rectification action

ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC.
