Online electronic bids (Forward Auction) are invited on a "Lot Basis" for the disposal of condemned and scrap Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) infrastructure—including Localizer antennas and masts, Glide Path antennas and masts, Low Power DME racks and antennas, RF cable scrap (1 Lot), and equipment batteries—located inside the Operational Area at Kempegowda International Airport (BIAL), Bengaluru. The auction is conducted strictly on an "As-Is-Where-Is" and "No Complaint" basis, and bidders are strongly advised to physically inspect the materials before quoting, as no weighment will be entertained.

To qualify at the Pre-Qualification (PQ) stage, participating bidders must upload both a valid CPCB EPR Registration Certificate for E-Waste Recyclers/Refurbishers and a valid CPCB/SPCB Registration Certificate for Battery Waste Management. The successful bidder must completely clear the site within 30 days from the issuance of the Delivery Order, failing which a Ground Rent/Demurrage charge of 1% of the total bid value per day of delay will be levied (up to a maximum of 10 days). Since the items are located airside, the buyer is solely responsible for strictly complying with all airport safety and security protocols, including arranging Airport Entry Passes (AEP), Airfield Vehicle Permits (AVP), Hot Work permits from BIAL, and enforcing strict Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control.
